Can you beat the game and make a 2048 square? It’s not an easy feat, but we’re sure you’re up to the challenge.
To play 2048, first pick the style and size of the board. There are five different playing options ranging from classic to solitaire. To start, try “shoot number” or “solitaire,” as these versions help beginners understand how the game works. Also, keep in mind that a smaller board is more challenging because there is less space for mistakes. So, if you’re a beginner, start with a larger playing board. The goal is to match like numbers, which makes them combine into one tile. For example, a 2 and a 2 turn into a 4. Continue merging and matching numbers until you get a 2048 square or tile. When you do, you win!
Toggle the music and sound effects on or off using the settings wheel. You can quit anytime by selecting the exit button.
