Feed Freddy
Feed Freddy
Freddy is hungry! Make him happy by feeding him some delicious cookies. Just be careful, if you feed him the wrong cookie, he’ll frown! But, feed him the right cookie and he’ll grow big. See how big you can make Freddy grow.
To play, take a look at Freddy’s shirt. Notice the color and letter there. Then, feed him the corresponding letter. There are various skills to be practiced including numbers, colors, shapes, patterns, fractions, and counting. Simply select the button on the bottom of the screen and feed Freddy the cookie that matches his tummy! If Freddy gets too big, use the shrink button at the top of the screen to make him smaller.
While working on this activity, children develop important visual discrimination skills. This is an important pre-reading skill. Before being able to read, children need to be able to recognize shapes, colors, and letters. Matching is a great way to build this skill! Use this activity as a reward, as center work, or for early finishers. Enjoy!
