About Joan Miró
Joan Miró (1893–1983) was a Catalan painter and sculptor known for his whimsical, dreamlike works that helped shape modern art. Though often associated with Surrealism, Miró refused to be confined to any single style. His use of playful symbols, bright colors, and abstract shapes inspired generations to explore art as a form of imagination rather than imitation.
