This interactive place value chart provides a visual representation of decimals and whole numbers. On the chart, you can express numbers featuring thousandths, hundredths, tenths, ones, tens, hundreds, and thousands.
To use the interactive place value chart, click and drag numbers onto the chart. Zeros will automatically appear to fill in empty places where necessary. Click and drag the numbers around to change their value. To remove a number, drag it off the chart. Press the “X10” and the “÷10” buttons to calculate. The chart will automatically show the changes by moving the place values to the left or right.
