This set of virtual Australia play money includes banknotes and coins. Following a similar color pattern to real Australian money and coins. Click, drag, and drop coins and banknotes to the grid. Then, add numbers and symbols to the workspace. Write directly onto the workspace with the pencil tool to add your own notes and drawings. Erase pencil markings with the eraser tool. Clear the board with the trash can tool.
Some activities you can enjoy with the virtual Australian play money include:
- Put some money on the grid. Then, ask students to add up the amount and show how much money there is.
- Draw a line through the middle of the grid with the pencil tool. Put an amount of money on one side of the grid. Ask students to show the same amount differently on the other half of the grid.
- Ask students to research popular products in Australia. Then, have them show the cost of each product with the virtual Australian play money.
